MCMPR recently oversaw a series of VIP events, to support the CRM strategy for Tory Burch’s newly opened Chadstone Boutique in Melbourne.

The private shopping session objectives were two-fold; introducing new customers to the brand by building brand equity and awareness amongst a local audience; and generating sales.

MCMPR managed the partnerships and production of various event formats including styling workshops with a personal shopper and a breakfast panel with media partner, The Grace Tales powered by AllBright.

The events were successful in meeting sales targets, growing the boutique’s database and reinforcing the brand’s foundational pillars through aligned partners.
