In support of National Tree Day, Australia’s largest community tree-planting and nature care event, MCMPR worked with ELLE Australia and Planet Ark to host a Forest Bathing session in Sydney’s Centennial Park.
Influencers and VIPs, including Yan Yan Chan, Kaitlyn Ham, Francesca Hung, Magdalena Rose and Amy Pejkovic, were invited to switch off from technology and immerse themselves in nature for a meditative and mindful experienced based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (which literally translates to “Forest Bathing”). The event culminated in a delicious picnic under the canopy of eucalyptus trees.
